Milena also served as the Educational Supervisor at Microlins in 2020 and 2021, where she implemented new teaching methodologies and technologies. Her roles involved leading educational strategies, enhancing teaching practices, and managing team performance to improve student outcomes.
In 2021, she joined Instituto Mix as an English teacher, a position she held until 2024, simultaneously working at Aliança América from 2021 to 2022.
